Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Delays: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, weather, or carrier issues.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products are non-returnable.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, please contact us before returning your item to confirm availability.

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


Store Policies

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins and cancellations may not be possible.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier for claims.
