At Nestero, we work hard to ensure your orders are processed and delivered quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard U.S. delivery: 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, Nestero only ships within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. Territories.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.


5. Delays & Issues

  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.

  • Nestero is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.
